As such, you hereby warrant that your company falls directly into one of the aforementioned categories and that you will not contact any candidate referred by SeeMeResumes.com for any other reason than what is normal and customary in the employment business. You are not part of the aforementioned group of acceptable companies if you have any association or relationship with any “work from home” or “work at home” groups. If you do register yourself or your organization as part of our recruiter network and do belong to a “work from home” or “work at home” groups such as “Michelle’s Work At Home Services” or Team2Succeed, you hereby agree to pay www.SeeMeResumes.com $500.00 immediately. You will receive your invoice by U.S. Mail and it is due and payable upon receipt.

You or representatives of your company or firm will not forward, distribute, send via fax or email, or transfer by any other means the information or data provided by candidates without their prior express consent to such transmission. You will not contact SeeMeResumes.com.com candidates for any reason other than for bona fide career opportunities that would be considered normal and customary employment. No multi-level marketing, get rich quick schemes, work at home email processing jobs or any opportunity that would cause a candidate to have to make a personal investment will be presented to a referred candidate, via email, phone, fax or direct mail. You will not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) to any candidate referred to your firm by SeeMeResumes.com.com. Auto responders are permitted identifying your particular search firm practice or search firm website; no other advertisements are permitted without prior approval of the SeeMeResumes.com.com Administrator. You agree that if you or agents representing your business send advertisements to SeeMeResumes.com provided candidates that you agree to pay SeeMeResumes.com an advertising fee equal to SeeMeResumes.com's prevailing advertising rates, (currently $5.00 per email per candidate - which equates to a $5000 cpm). You further agree that if it is determined that this policy has been violated, SeeMeResumes.com reserves the right to terminate your account and take any legal action at it's disposal.

The information that you provide regarding you or your company is kept on a separate and secure server with restricted access. SeeMeResumes.com does not ever publish, share, sell, and/or otherwise exchange your information with customers or other third parties. It is strictly in the judgement and the sole responsibility of recruiters to pursue or other wise contact candidates that they may receive through our services. SeeMeResumes.com takes no part or responsibility in the placement process with any recruiting firm or company regarding the hiring process.

SeeMeResumes.com does not permit the harvesting of candidates’ information for the purpose of unsolicited commercial email. We maintain the sole and exclusive rights to terminate your account for any reason whatsoever and without any notice. We maintain the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and we maintain the sole discretion to activate or discontinue your account.

You and all representatives of your firm or company agree to abide by these regulations set forth in this agreement and should SeeMeResumes.com bring action as a result of breach of this agreement, you consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Nevada, County of Clark, not withstanding conflict of laws rules. You agree that if such legal action is necessary in connection with this agreement, you and your company will be responsible for all attorneys’ fees and court costs associated with the action.
This agreement last modified on December 1, 2002.
